Drain
Before you leave water access or shoreland, remove all drain plugs and drain all water from your boat and other water-related equipment.
This includes:
- All water in the boat—right down to the bottom of the bilge
- Water in motors and ballast tanks
- Water in live wells, bait wells or portable bait containers
Remove the drain plugs and get all the water out before you leave the water access or shoreland property.
